Service Details
Web Hosting
$65+GST per month
- Includes 8 GB of total disk space (includes both website & email storage).
- Covers website-related issues such as server downtime.
Note: Email support, performance optimisation, and security enhancements are not included but can be addressed at additional rates. If we need to jump in and assist, this will be billed under our IT support rate starting at $75+GST per hour.
Note: If you only need website hosting or only email hosting, the configuration and process are the same, so the web hosting price stays at $65+GST per month, including 8GB of storage.
Note: Password reset requests for Webmail and WordPress logins are included in the cost of hosting, provided they take less than 10 minutes. Anything longer is billable at the IT support rate of $75+GST per hour.
IT Support (Email/Technical Issues) rate
Starting at $75+GST per hour.
Website Edits
$75+GST per hour
- Content updates (text, images, documents, videos provided by client).
- Basic page duplication with content modification.
- Minimal layout shifts where possible, based on site structure.
Website Development Modifications
$150+GST per hour
- Includes new functionality & features, significant layout changes & modifications.
- Full Website Rebuilds are priced separately.
Hosting Plan Clarifications
- Additional Storage: additional 8GB storage blocks available for $20+GST per month per block.
Email Issues
- Clients will be provided with an Email Issues Troubleshooting Guide to follow before raising a ticket.
- If further investigation is required, it will be treated as an IT support request ($75+GST per hour).
